He prides himself as being one of the very few millionaires in South Africa under the age of 35. What’s even more phenomenal is that Thembekwayo is a self-made millionaire.
Thembekwayo had to drop out of university at first year due to financial constraints, but this didn’t stop him from resuming his studies later. The 35-year-old has an Executive MBA in Business Administration qualification from Hult Business School.
After dropping out of university in the first year, Thembekwayo started his first company called, Global Professionals South Africa – a global recruitment agency that dealt with recruiting apprentices in South Africa for jobs based in England and Australia.
Although he later sold the company, to date he has many more businesses under his belt and he has also transformed businesses around Africa.
Thembekwayo is passionate about raising other millionaires, this is why he goes around the country giving talks to aspiring entrepreneurs.
