Boss treats staff to surprise Maldives trip

This is sure to put your Christmas party to
shame.
The founder of a mixed martial arts company forked out almost R7-million to take his employees to the Maldives.
Chatri Sityodtong spent £400,000 on a surprise trip to paradise for 100 Evolve MMA workers.
He decided to show them some gratitude after the company saw 30-percent year-on-year growth.
“These rewards are a small token of my heartfelt gratitude to all of the phenomenal rockstars at Evolve MMA,” the Mirror quotes him as saying.
The all-expenses paid trip is not the first time his staff have been flown away to an exotic location.
Chatri has previously taken his employees to Bali, Krabi, Khao Lak, and Bintan in Indonesia.
"Every year, I take the entire team on an all-expenses-paid trip to a five-star luxury resort at a surprise destination,” he added.
The businessman’s motto is quite simple, ‘work hard and play hard’.
"The best deserve the best. It is only fair. We do our best to hire the best people in the world, giving out only one job offer for every 200 applicants. So they should be compensated as such. We work hard, and we play hard.”
Mmm, how do we sign up?!
