Known for his six-pack, trademark hairstyle, good looks and many radio hits, Mario Ogle will perform at the Spar Women’s Race this weekend.
Mario, aka ‘Mr Abs’, will perform at the finish of the 10/5km at Sahara Stadium, Kingsmead, on Sunday June 23.
Mario’s hits include Can’t Stop Loving You and Superman. He is known for wowing fans with his energetic, lively performance.
Mario’s first single and his breakthrough hit - Can’t Stop Loving You - reached no. 1 on East Coast Radio’s Top 20, and was playlisted on radio stations across South Africa and Namibia, as well as further afield in Singapore and New Zealand.
His debut album of the same name sold a staggering 21 000 copies, earning a SAMA nomination and a gold disc certification from The Recording Industry of SA. The current album ‘Superman’ looks set to also achieve gold status in the future.
