Woman goes on a blind date and brings along 23 of her relatives

And apparently, her date was not impressed.
Blind dates tend to be based on the same, basic principle: you go on a date with someone you have never met.

One thing you don't necessarily do on a blind date is to test your potential love interest in weird ways.
Like bringing along your entire family.

A woman in China decided to try this out and it completely backfired (which shouldn't be a surprise).
Especially since she brought not one or two relatives, but 23 family members!

She allegedly took them with for one reason only: to test how generous her date would be.
But unfortunately, the risky gamble did not work out quite how she planned.

At the end of the day she had to pay the bill of R49,000 after her date saw the bill and ran off!
And we would most likely have done exactly the same.

Many people have stated that although a man might be expected to pay the bill on the first date, this is extremely unacceptable and excessive.
Hopefully next time she'll consider leaving her friends and family at home.
