What do bed linens, night clubs, and lower back pain have in common?

Unlike red wine, some things do not get better with age.
You wake up one Saturday morning and your head feels like it's about to explode.

You try to get out of bed but your whole body is screaming at you not to move.
Eventually, after drinking one or two pills, you go into the kitchen to get some breakfast, only to realise that any food entering your body would not sit well.

Generally, this is how you would feel after a night on the town, clubbing until the sun comes up, drinking and dancing.
But when you were 21, you would start to feel like yourself by the end of the day. You had to learn the hard way that at an older age, the recovery takes a whole day, maybe even two.

Partying isn't something adults really do. You would rather spend money on proper bed sheets and you get excited about a brand new mop - that's the reality of getting older.
Today Vic told KZN what made him realise: "I'm too old for this!"
