It definitely isn't the reaction he was hoping for when he asked his girlfriend to marry him.

Or so you would think.

But it turns out there's a pretty good explanation as to why she slapped him.

She also did mention that right after she hit him on the head she realised that her engagement video was going to be ruined because she just assumed it was a joke.

Luckily everything turned out well in the end and the pair are now happily engaged.
