When nothing and no one is going to stop you from wearing the dress you planned on wearing! Not even loadshedding...
Loadshedding.
The word that has left many of us in a state of annoyance.
It's not like we are not used to living with it, but it doesn't make life easier knowing the state of unpredictability that comes with the stages.
Bearing life without electricity for two hours is one thing, but then being switched off more than once a day can make us lose our minds...
So, before that happens, we wanted to take the load off by sharing a video we found online that was quite entertaining.
We know what it's like when you plan your outfit out to a tee and then loadshedding puts a 'lights out' on your plans.
Which is why we really admire this woman, who goes by the name of Coach Nanaa on TikTok.
She decided that not even loadshedding would stop her from wearing her green dress.
And after watching this, we think that her ingenuity is both purposeful and we totally agree with her dress choice.
She made the right choice in sticking to it, and her hot pot ironing certainly did the job (for the most part).
