This is why mental health has become such a buzz term.
Many people go through their days not knowing that they are in fact suffering with mental health issues.
Sometimes, they can live this way without anyone even noticing, because it becomes normal to put on a facade.
For this young woman, whose name is Brogan, it's about dedicating her time to people that have found themselves in a physical manifestation of their mental state of mind.
She provides free cleaning to people who have found themselves losing their way - particularly when it comes to cleaning.
She recently shared a video of one of her neighbours, an elderly woman who was in an emergency situation because she was hoarding and now on the verge of being evicted.

Brogan goes on to share that the old lady actually walked around with a walking stick, and she couldn't understand how she managed for so long to move around her place.
She went on to explain that she has some experience in psychology and the close link between mental health and cleaning.
People asked her why she does the cleaning herself. To which she responded that it takes a lot of mental and physical energy to clean up the deep messes that she goes into.
