WATCH: A woman arrives at the airport and realises she is a year early for her flight

Traveling can be stressful, with all the hustle and bustle of packing, making sure you have the right weights when it comes to your luggage, being on time (which basically means being there early), and finding your seat. It ain't easy. 

So when we heard this story, we thought of Vic Naidoo's recent traveling debacle after the airline had cancelled all flights due to unpaid fees to the air traffic people. It's rare to hear of anyone who hasn't had some sort of travel story that went wrong or was particularly special in some way.

Whether that means missing your flight, sitting in the wrong seat, or even the airline or the booking agent's mess up, these things happen. And, as usual, with the pandemic and the restrictions in terms of travel, things have been stressful for even the travel agencies who sometimes make a mistake. 

This is what happened for this woman who arrived at the airport for her flight, only to find out that her flight was for 04 August 2022. The original flight had been cancelled twice and the mix up happened after she was given the choice to move her flight to another date.

Her booking was incorrect and she got stuck at the airport for the night, she doesn't say how she eventually got home and promises to update TikTok users with what actually went down soon. 

She says that she was refunded by the booking agent and she luckily realised on her own that the date of the ticket was for 2022 and not 2021. She saved herself some humiliation from being that girl that arrived a whole year early for her flight.
