We are all for mothers who are loud and proud of who they are and what they stand for. Sometimes, though, it can be challenging to be that confident and positive person all the time. In general, it's not an easy task for anyone at any time to be exclusively positive and doing everything the "right" or best way.

On those days, it's important to remember that we are allowed to have those kind of days. The main thing is to remember what's important for us and get back on track. A mother on TikTok really put this into perspective for us...

Arielle showed us that being honest and open with yourself and with your kids, can have a blasting effect on the way you feel about yourself and ultimately the way your kids behave, especially when it comes to their body image.

Being in love with your body, being body positive, is just another thing that we wish were as easy as it sounded. Not everything is as plain and easy to apply in one's life. It takes work and support, and having a mental state of mind that is enriching, soulful, and motivated.

WATCH her message to other TikTokers that really resonated with the whole message of being the best parent you can be and also about body positivity, accepting yourself and loving your body fully.

The fact that she took that one step, which is huge, says a lot for all women, and men out there. If you find it in yourself to do something that scares you, then that in itself shows true courage in overcoming a fear.

We commend you, Arielle, for doing something that scares you and pushing yourself to love your body so that you can be the best mother to your girls. The world needs more courage and you are a true pillar of courage for society.
