WATCH: Tattoo artist covers up women's scars with body art

A Vietnamese tattoo artist decides to use her craft to help women with their confidence when it comes to their bodies.

When it comes to tattoos, the saying goes, once you start, it's contagious - you pretty much can't stop.

When it comes to scars and overcoming issues with body image, it's not an easy affair. It's that saying, it's easier said than done. It takes lots of self motivation and healing, and it involves a sense of mental evolution where one decides for themselves that it's time to break free from the limiting beliefs of criticism.
Ngoc is a Vietnamese Tattoo Artist who is changing the way woman views their scars. The physical is definitely transformative, in this case, as it transforms these women who have suffered through divorce and through illness.

Tattoos are still quite taboo in Vietnam amongst women, but this is such a beautiful and inspiring way of reinventing the way we look at our body scars.
