The Pillow Fight Championship (PFC) holds its first live viewing in January 2022...
We have heard of many sports that take place in a ring, like the WWE, UFC, and even boxing...But this has got to be a first for us and we're hoping it's a first for you all too.
The Pillow Fighting Championship! Yes, it's real...
So instead of people creating more things to do inside the bedroom, they are taking it out of the bedroom and into the boxing ring. We're not sure why we are surprised because as time progresses so to do the weird things...

Talk about redesign an oldie, mediocre activity into an actual sport...We love his enthusiasm and there is definitely a market for it. We thrive on jazzing things up, so this is right up many peoples alleys.
It's not something where you sit there and laugh and feathers are flying. It's serious. It's hardcore swinging with specialised pillows.

The male and female pillow fighters hale from the MMA field but this is not a violent sport so the kids can stay up to watch.
The only difference between our fights and MMA fights is that nobody gets hurt. The fighters don't like to get hurt, and there's a lot of people who don't want to see the blood. They want to see good competition, they just don't want to see the violence.
"The fact that so many people grew up bashing their siblings, friends and parents with pillows makes the sport relatable, which he hopes will help tap into a new audience." (Reuters)
It's definitely a conversation starter...maybe even a night first date idea?
