Parking dilemmas are always a thing in apartment complexes. Because you will always find one person who thinks they know better.
And end up parking in a spot that they believe to be vacant.
Now as much as it may be vacant when you are around, it does not mean that it is open to just anyone.
Because you see, apartment buildings come with an allocated amount of parking bays.
Each apartment may or may not come with a parking spot, depending on the arrangement with the landlord or sub leaser.
There are many occasions where the renter or lessee will pay an extra amount to rent out the parking bay as well.
And this is over and above your rental for the apartment.
So it came as a shocking surprise to this woman who shared a video on TikTok about how this one person kept parking in her spot.
Eventually she got frustrated and parked the vehicle in, and told them to call her.
Little did she know that what was about to happen was a mystery unraveled.
She thought that the parking was hers this entire time because she was renting it from the owner of the flat that it was assigned to.

But meanwhile it was in fact the owner of the apartment's who were now residing there and the guy who was charging her had absconded and still owed them rent.
