WATCH: Long lost twins on the Ellen Show find each other after 36 years apart
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Identical twins spend 36 years apart and find each other due to a genetic test kit...
Did you know that "Identical twins share all of their genes and are always of the same sex. In contrast, fraternal, or dizygotic, twins result from the fertilization of two separate eggs during the same pregnancy. They share half of their genes, just like any other siblings. Fraternal twins can be of the same or different sexes," the National Human Genome Research Institute reports.
Well, we didn't know and if you didn't, now you do... So when it comes to identical twins, we have always heard that many times they share a bond that runs deep, a 'twintuation', which is what these twins shared when it comes to their intuition.
These twins, who were adopted from South Korea, were also separated at birth. Emily Bushnell and Molly Sinert, who for different reasons decided to take genetic tests, eventually found each other after being apart for 36 years.
Talk about meant to be! These two couldn't believe their eyes when they found their other halves after almost four decades.
Wanda Sykes, who was guest hosting on The Ellen Show, interviewed the girls and found out that their twintuation was super real and very much a connection that these sisters shared, despite being apart for such a long period of time.

Whatever the reason behind them finding one another, it just showed us that they were meant to find each other. They are planning a trip back to their birth country of South Korea and we hope that they can find some peace from going back home.
There's a connection with people and places, sometimes we can and sometimes we can't explain it, but this story is a true testament to the fact that connections are real and no matter what what is meant for you will come to light.
