WATCH: KZN mom surprised that her funny pothole video went viral

Sometimes you have to just laugh things off...
In the current world that we live in, we have to choose how we see things. Sometimes it can be difficult, because all you see is bad.
But a South African mother has showed us that choosing to laugh instead of crying is the best piece of advice we can follow.
After posting a video of her family road trip earlier this month, she shared how they had to drive through roads with numerous potholes.
The funny part of her video - besides the background music which was the old school popular video game tune of 'Super Mario', was the way they made a game out of avoiding the potholes.
Not the funniest thing when you learn how much the potential damage costs, but certainly a different way of approaching the challenges that all of us have had to face in South Africa.
Amy-Lee and her family travelled across four provinces during the school break and when they reached the R26 from Ficksburg headed to Fouriesburg, they found that the road was "riddled with potholes and she found it funny how drivers had to swerve left and right to avoid hitting them." (News24)
After posting the video to Facebook, she was surprised to find that the video instantaneously went viral.
She shared some of the outstanding responses on the video: "I absolutely love the fact that our nation always finds the funny side of any story. No other country has this amazing sense of humour,” someone responded to the clip.
“As they say, 'In SA we don't drive on the left of the road, we drive on what's left of the road',’’ another commented. (News24)
