An Apple TV docuseries called, 'The Me You Can't See', directed by Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry addresses some important issues that we don't say out loud.

There are many of us that go about our day-to-day lives without talking about all the things that we are going through. It's a pattern of life, where we are brought up believing that talking about our emotions or feelings isn't acceptable.
Many influential voices have brought up the importance of addressing mental health in all communities, but when two very powerful and empowering voices join to create a series that draws the light on emotional well-being, we say, "well done".
The title, 'The Me You Can't See', punches you in the face and delves into the mental health and emotional well-being of people from around the world, sharing their stories.
"With storytelling at its core, this timely series gives a voice to stories that aim to seek truth, understanding, and compassion. It’s about people, our experiences, and why we feel the way that we do." (YouTube)
"Just sitting down and listening to somebody, there's joy in that..." said one of the people in the trailer. What an important way of looking at life. This is the way of life that we should be encouraging...
"To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness", says Prince Harry. This is definitely what we need more of in our societies. Perhaps this is the answer to everything - the secret to conquering life?
