Watch this gym enthusiast unlock a new gym fear
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Just when you thought you knew all the safety concerns that existed in a gym, here's another one...
There has been much to say about fitness fanatics who video themselves while working out at the gym.
Some naysayers aren't happy about it because they don't get it, but gym enthusiasts who video their workout regimens usually do it so that they can go back and improve their workouts.
Usually, social media users are up in arms about having to watch people working out and sharing their content on public platforms.
But this time it was more humourous than anything else.
A health and fitness TikToker shared how whilst she was doing her gym routine, she unlocked a fear that she didn't realise existed.
All this while using a resistance band while working on her upper body.
Watch what happened when the resistance band snapped back.

We wondered about the guy who so willingly came to assist her, but it turns out it was her boyfriend.
Thankfully, can you imagine how embarrassing that would have been for a stranger to assist with...
- "It whipped me in the eye once, believe me when I say I FELL to the ground looking for my eye ball cryo"
- "Omg imagine if he wasn't there though and you are just hanging"
- "Oh bless you😂 love that you can see the funny side though! We’ve all been in a similar situation I’m sure!"
