WATCH: This guy was literally 'falling for her' when he proposed on a boat

That was a close one, not only did he fall over, but he also dropped the ring box!
When you think of a proposal, there is rarely a person who would want to leave it to chance.
There is this expectation for everything to go just right, but life happens, and that perfection rarely always comes together perfectly.
But if you are like us, you can appreciate a good proposal story, and sometimes the imperfect stories are the most memorable ones.
For Scott Clyne, he called his proposal, "This is 100% real. 100% my luck. 100% will never forget…."
In his proposal video, we see him doing the iconic 'Titanic' pose with his partner on a boat.
Pretty awesome for the most part, minus the fact that it was a small boat and they had no rails to lean on.

Even though the ring fell into the water, he dove in after it and managed to save the ring.
Sadly, there was no sound on the video.
So, we had to imagine what was being said in the video. For the most part, we can say for certain that his partner was left 100% amused.
You know what they say, "all's well that ends well". After fishing out the ring box, he came back aboard and continued to propose, and she did in fact say yes!
