WATCH: A group of cross fitters cause panic and fear at restaurant

There are many moments where we are left shocked at how easy it is to influence a crowd of people.
And we cannot say that we blame people.
Because with the influx of influencers and the 'follow' culture that we live in, it can be easy to fall into a pattern of seeing and doing as opposed to leading.

To give you some context to what happened there, a group of runners who follow a cross fit training programme were running on a sidewalk.
It so happened that they reached a restaurant that had seating on the sidewalk.
And then just like that, as they ran by, it took one agitated person to create a scare, which showed everyone else jump up and run away.

The crazy part is that there was no emergency, threat or reason to run away.
And yet each of those patrons were immediately filled with fear and followed the crowd.
None of them bothered to question why or where they were running to, nor did they ask what was going on before reacting...
