If you are a fan of ‘Friends’, then you must be left in absolute excitement over the reunion show that is set to release on the 27th of May 2021.
All the feelings and emotion that caught us when we watched the trailer can only be understood by a true fan of the series. The trailer, like any good trailer, leaves our palms sweaty and our bellies filled with butterflies, as if meeting an old friend after a long time.
The truth is, we need more things that get us excited again, and definitely more fun in our lives. This couldn’t have come at a better time…
With the whole gang and then some, we really hit the jackpot here. We get to see ‘Janice’ and ‘Richard’, too.
“Oh. My. God!”.
The show wasn’t just a success because of the funny moments, it allowed each viewer/fan to connect with each character. You see yourself in them, sometimes you see yourself in all of them. They were all relatable. No matter where you come from in the world, the show united us in experiencing a sense of friendship, a sense of harmony, living vicariously through these six friends who fitted in with each other in their roles.
Everything had a place, everyone had a role, and that familiarity gave us some sort of unspoken peace.
