This is how you know that people have weird and 'freaky' fetishes...

When YouTube channels such as these generate an income.

But it's not just about the eating, it's the fact that people are intrigued and interested in watching other people eating.

We're not sure if that is scary or not, but it's certainly says something of the type of communities we have thriving on the world wide web.

The Hamzy's 'Real Mukbang' is a channel of a woman on YouTube who eats different sorts of food.

Mukbang is the Korean way of saying 'eating show'.

"It is an online audiovisual broadcast in which a host consumes various quantities of food while interacting with the audience... Varieties of foods ranging from pizza to noodles are consumed in front of a camera. The purpose of mukbang is also sometimes educational, introducing viewers to regional specialities or gourmet spots." (Wikipedia)

To put you more in the picture, watch the below, an episode by Hamzy that has over 811,000 views and is one of her most recent videos.

She prepares and cooks her own meals most of the time and also takes requests from her audience as to what to consume in her videos.

Surprisingly, people love watching her eat, some even say that they wish they could eat with her. It's a tad bit much, especially the audio of her eating...

The craziest part is this is how she earns a living! Who would've thought this would've been a job title, social media influencer who eats large quantities of food for a living?
