When YouTube channels such as these generate an income.
But it's not just about the eating, it's the fact that people are intrigued and interested in watching other people eating.
We're not sure if that is scary or not, but it's certainly says something of the type of communities we have thriving on the world wide web.
The Hamzy's 'Real Mukbang' is a channel of a woman on YouTube who eats different sorts of food.
Mukbang is the Korean way of saying 'eating show'.
"It is an online audiovisual broadcast in which a host consumes various quantities of food while interacting with the audience... Varieties of foods ranging from pizza to noodles are consumed in front of a camera. The purpose of mukbang is also sometimes educational, introducing viewers to regional specialities or gourmet spots." (Wikipedia)
