Emirates take things to the next level by filming their new promo on top of the Burj Khalifa...
We all have been feeling a bit restricted when it comes to the pandemic, from not being able to enjoy the freedom of traveling to having to wear a mask whenever we are out and about.
Of course, this is all because we are trying to stop the curve, stop the spread, and be responsible. Many of us would never have thought that this day would come where we wouldn't be able to go enjoy concerts, travel the world, and even visit a restaurant without feeling exposed.
Well, on that note, the United Arab Emirates has been removed from the United Kingdom's red alert level and have now been placed on amber status. This means that they are now able to allow travel between the two regions.
As a way of celebrating this news, the leading UAE Airline, Emirates, decided to do an advert that would grip everyone in the most exciting of ways and also make this announcement to their travellers.
The ad had to take safety protocols to the highest of measures, because this time they would be taking off to the the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
The ad shows Nicole Smith-Ludvik, a skydiver, standing on top of the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. The building has a roof height of 828m and has been the holder of the tallest building and structure record since 2009.
The building is said to take its design embodiment from the Spider Lily, which is a regional desert flower. This is where architect Adrian Smith took his inspiration from.

We literally felt butterflies or that feeling of weightlessness leaving our feet when we watched the ad!
