WATCH: Do criminals really go for anything these days...What about a traffic light?
Updated | By East Coast Radio
What do you call it, a 'robot' or traffic light?
Living in South Africa comes with its many, many perks. One of them being the ability for us to find the funny in the most arb and unfortunate things that we have seen happen in our country.
Let's call them 'South Africanisms', things that South Africans do that don't surprise us. Since crime is something that has become part of life, not a funny South Africanism at all, but certainly something that we all can relate to...
We found it really entertaining when popular South African advocate and anti-crime activist posted a video of a man.
"In the short video, an unknown man is seen dragging an entire traffic light up a road while cars drive by. While it is unclear what the man intends to do with the traffic light, some social media users assume that it might be sold for scrap." (MSN)

Some of the comments revealed that this took place somewhere near Sandton, Johannesburg. However, when this happened is uncertain. Tweeps were of the view that perhaps the man planned to sell the 'robot' (one of our South Africanisms), traffic light as scrap metal.
Check out some of the comments below, the first one is definitely something that could work in terms of retro looking décor, faux robot style...LOL.
