WATCH: Crocodile races boat

Crocodiles are known to be big and strong, but have you ever seen one of them move this fast?
Australia is known for its wide variety of impressive and interesting animals.

Most of us would most probably admit to being scared to visit the country because of the animal horror stories we've heard.
But we also have to agree that these stories tend to be very entertaining.
The latest Australian animal story comes from North Queensland where they boast an amazing wildlife variety. They are especially known for their saltwater crocodiles.

One of these crocs thoroughly impressed a local fisherman when he found himself racing the animal.
But not on foot.
He explained that while speeding in his little boat he noticed this 4m-long crocodile coming up out of the water and growling at him, and the crocodile was keeping up with him all the way.

While saltwater crocodiles have been known to swim up to 29km/h, this croc was definitely pushing himself to the limit.
