Tinder launches new video call feature

Does this mean people won't be able to catfish anymore?
Most of us would agree that the most wonderful aspect of using Tinder is the fact that you literally don't have to meet the person.

Obviously, the end goal is to meet someone, fall in love, and live happily ever after.
But there's not that same pressure that comes with giving someone your number.

You can't send pictures and you can't see read receipts.
Now they have decided to switch things up with a new 'Face to Face' video call feature.

How it works is that it allows members (who have matched) to share a video call after they've activated the feature and only after both have activated it.
Both users will not be able to tell if the other has enabled it and they can turn it on and off at any time.

Since the start of the pandemic, people have had to get creative in all the different parts of life, including dating.
So it's actually no surprise that Tinder has taken virtual dating to the next level.
