If you have worked in the service industry, then you will know that there will always be customers that are not all happy with everything. And that is why you have certain protocols in place to manage your customers and their expectations.

But in this case, it turned ugly when the customer took out her anger on the merchandise. The thing is, it was a wedding dress store, so perhaps it was the wedding stress that took over...

"An irate customer at a bridal salon in China tore through racks of wedding dresses, slicing them up with scissors after a dispute with the store over a R8,500 deposit." (Business Insider)

According to the news source, the reason for her outburst was because she was refused her wedding deposit (R8,500) due to her cancelling her wedding package that was worth around R20,000.

The conversation in the video goes down like this:

"Think clearly. These dresses cost several thousands of yuan," the person filming is heard saying.

"Thousands? Even if it's several ten-thousands, that's fine," the woman replies, continuing to snip at the gowns with the scissors. "Call the police."

"This one? It's several tens of thousands," the person cautions the woman as she cuts a lavish red-and-gold traditional Chinese wedding gown. The sum of 10,000 Chinese yuan is equivalent to around R24,000." (Business Insider)
