Should talking at the cinema be normalised? Zara Larsson thinks so...
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Could she have a valid point here???
Going to the movies is notoriously associated with eating popcorn and candy, feeling relaxed, and not really being rowdy.
Because of course, everyone is trying to listen to what's going on in the movie.
And it's not like watching a movie at home, where you have the ability to pause or rewind, when you miss a bit.
This is the very reason that we are shocked and taken aback at what popstar, Zara Larsson has said recently.
She shared a TikTok that has created a debate online, about talking at the movies.
Larsson believes that talking at the cinema should totally be allowed. Her reasoning, enjoying a movie with a group of people is the epitome of a shared experience.
Which means that laughing and chatting about moments during a movie is normal and should be acceptable.

Now, on the very likely chance that we may get spearheaded for sharing our opinion, we want to boldly disagree with you Zara.
If you want to be "chitty chatty", then host an outdoor movie night and chat away.
But after watching her chat more about it on a radio show in the States, we understand what she meant.
Check it out below, courtesy of TikTok.
