When you think about Scotland, what's the first thing that comes to mind?
We highly doubt that your answer includes ponies sporting some cozy cardigan sweaters...
But we do admire a country that is willingly to go above and beyond to attract people to their country. Which is why we had to share this with you.
Scotland once used ponies dressed in Shetland wool sweaters to attract visitors to their country.
Of course, this isn't something that we would be intrigued by at first glance. Although the woolly cardigans do seem of an esteemed quality.
But the fact that these sweaters were custom made and fitted quite snugly, showed some commitment from the Scottish and that says a lot in our books.
