Robbed student gets a heartwarming gift from his classmates

A Matric group recently proved that it doesn't take much to do a good deed and change someone's life.

It was reported that Tashreeq Doovey, a matric student at Windsor High School, was walking home after school one day when he suffered a seizure.
While having the seizure, he was robbed and they took his cellphone.
Phones are expensive and it's no surprise that his mother, who works hard to support her family, couldn't afford to buy him a new one.

His fellow classmates heard this news and knew they had to help him out, by all making contributions towards a new phone for their friend.

Windsor Matric class surprise classmateA Grade 12 class at Windsor High School has surprised a fellow class-mate with a cellphone. Tashreeq Doovey from Hanover Park recently walked home when he had suffered from a seizure and was robbed of his cellphone in the process. The matriculant is raised by a single mother and is reportedly working weekend jobs to support his family. His classmates not only pitched-in to get him a decent used device, but also pooled money to buy him his Matric 2020 jacket. The emotional video published by Roxanne Carter, has since gone viral with many expressing their joy at the good gesture.
