A rare lobster was recently saved from being eaten

What are the chances?
When you hear 'lobster', what is the first thing that you think about?
We think about Sebastian from Disney's 'The Little Mermaid', although Sebastian is a crab, but he kind of resembles a lobster...
But when we think about lobster we rarely think about it being rare...
However, there are rare types of lobster and recently one was saved before being eaten at a restaurant.
"Employees at a Mississippi Red Lobster chose to spoil the boil after discovering a 1-in-30 million lobster with rare orange coloration." (Washington Times)
Orange lobsters are said to have a "a 1-in-30 million chance of existing", but the influx of recent discoveries have officials at the aquarium questioning this statistic.
Interestingly enough, lobsters obtain their colour from the pigmentation from the foods they eat. "Biscuit", the name of the one-in-30-million lobster that was recently discovered, was donated to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Rockies in Tennessee.
