Even within the food industry, people are constantly coming up with new and inventive ways of using, making, and presenting food.
Now a small local food company from Heidelberg has decided to take one of South Africa's most iconic dishes to a whole new level

Meet Papstix, a new and delicious way of eating classic pap and sous.
The ready-to-go maize roll comes with a delicious relish center, available in 3 different flavours: carrot chakalaka, tomato & onion, and chilli beef soya.
It's the first of its kind: a convenient food, a meal-on-the-go that is made specifically with local food culture in mind.
