A Miami getaway turned into her new love ghosting her
Updated | By East Coast Radio
We guess it wasn't a "party in the city where the heat is on" for her...
The term 'ghosted' isn't that old of a term, but it can be something used quite loosely when you feel a person is avoiding you.
But it really can be a cause for concern when you are starting to build trust with someone and they just play silent.
We guess this is why so many people are so invested in this story that was shared to TikTok by a woman who had a mini vacay on her second date with a guy she was chatting with.
In the video, the TikToker, who goes by the username Chanz and Chill, says that she was invited to Miami by this guy she has been seeing.
And because they live far away from one another, they thought what better way to meet than a shared location?
He paid for the hotel and then disappeared without telling her he was leaving.
She is adamant that he has something to hide and that he left whilst she was taking a nap, which she has described as being the worst part, over and above everything else.
Watch her give a rundown of the 'ghosting' experience.

Of course, people were invested and had many, many questions. But what really shocked her and us (to be honest) was the manner in which this turned into a full-blown investigation.
She was approached by some women on TikTok via her DMs and it turns out one of the ladies who messaged her was also ghosted by the same guy a while back.
Check out the conversation she references with this woman when she officially found out that he is married.
