KZN pop stars Easy Freak premiere video for new single 'Ooh La La'

The song has become one of the group's biggest hits to date.

Easy Freak have become one of the biggest pop acts to come out of KZN and as their latest single 'Ooh La La' continues to take the country by storm, the duo have released the official music video for their Missu-assisted single.
The music video was filmed in and around the west coast of the Cape Peninsula, Western Cape in areas like Kommetjie and Simon’s Town.
Easy Freak’s Kenrick delves into the concept behind the video, saying “‘Ooh La La’ is such a feel-good and exciting track and we wanted the music video to really capture that same feeling.” He adds “The video follows us for a day; from having cereal in the morning, to watching the sunset in the evening. It’s all about showing us having a good time hanging out, dancing together, and laughing together.”
He adds that working with Missu was everything he hoped it would be. “Missu is one of the most talented producers in the country and when we got the chance to finally work together, it all happened so organically. We had written the song with lyrics and melody sometime in 2019, but we never finished up the track. MISSU sent us a beat that he had worked on and our ideas for ‘Ooh La La’ fitted so perfectly with it.”
