Vic Naidoo: "I think it’s so important to not deprive yourself of things"
Updated | By East Coast Radio
We wanted to remind you that taking time out for yourself is the best decision you can make in life.

It's Treat Yourself Thursday and we wanted to ask the man behind self-care a few things that he does to commit to treating himself.
Since it's the month of love, it is natural to take time to spread love and kindness. Traditionally, Valentine's is a time for lovers, but the truth is that over time it has evolved.
The concept of love, particularly 'self-love', has become a priority.
We asked Vic Naidoo what he does to commit to a good self-care routine.
After all, we cannot preach self-love and treating yourself without practising it ourselves.
This is what he had to say:
I think it’s so important to not deprive yourself of things. Looking after yourself also means taking care your of inner being. I’m always spending time with myself to understand who I am; what makes me happy and what makes me uncomfortable. I like to challenge myself.- Vic Naidoo
