These days you see most people using a phone with a screen that is anywhere between conservatively chipped and shattered beyond repair (but still working of course).

You're also considered lucky if the phone screen is the only piece that took damage. 

Some falls are just too hard to recover from and one knock, that's just the tiniest bit harder than intended, could send your mobile device to its early grave.

The stories that also tend to go along with a "my phone broke"-moment, aren't always as straight forward.
