More and more people are suffering from sleeping problems, but
some of the solutions could be simple.
Sleep is an important part of our daily routine.
The right amount of sleep is as essential as a good diet and exercise to a healthy routine.
Vic Naidoo was joined by our resident doctor, Wendy Dhlomo, to talk about sleep and how it can improve our health.

She also had some sound advice for some of the subtle changes you can make to your daily routine to improve your sleep.
Dr Wendy Dhlomo is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practising at the Life Crompton Hospital in Pinetown.
She is passionate about women's health, as she sees women throughout their stages of life - puberty, childbirth, menopause, and beyond.,
