A combination of cooks: Zola Nene teams up with Gordon Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay meets his match in KwaZulu-Natal chef Zola Nene.

World-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay is someone everyone loves to hate.

He is definitely incredibly talented but he is probably better known for his fiery personality, short fuse, and next-level temper.
But no-one could have expected he would meet his match in South African chef Zola Nene.
The two chefs kick off the new season of Ramsay's National Geographic show, 'Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted', by celebrating authentic local flavours while cooking up a feast for a local isiZulu chief.

Nene said she was more than excited to share her heritage, culture, and, of course, cuisine because she is a proud Zulu girl.
And when speaking about meeting the legendary Ramsay, the only thing that really shocked her was how unusually tall he was.
Other than that they had a brilliant time filming, cooking, and eating.
