One hardware store has proven that this is the case for many of their customers. Especially their customers coming in to purchase paint.

A TikToker posted a short video this week to share a typed-out notice that he came across in a hardware store.
We aren't sure of the name of the store, but the TikToker tagged Centurion, Johannesburg on his post.
The notice read: "No paint will be mixed unless husbands have a letter from their wives approving colour."
