'Bridgerton' star Regé-Jean Page is the most handsome man in the world?

And here we thought our very own Vic Naidoo was the title holder...
For the longest time, we have been led to believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
But it seems ancient scientific research begs to differ.
In fact, according to the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi devised in Ancient Greece, there is a distinct way of determining who is the most handsome or beautiful in the world.
"Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page has been crowned the most handsome man in the world, according to ancient scientific research. He was found to be 93.65 per cent accurate to the Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi, which measures physical perfection." (Daily Mail)
The Golden Ratio is worked out according to a mathematical ratio of 1.618:1.
According to aesthetics, oral, and maxillofacial surgeon Stephen Marquardt, who has done extensive research on the matter, "human facial attractiveness based on a mathematical construction of facial form" is referred to as The Golden Mask.
We always wondered how it is that we associate certain people with beauty. Yes, media has impacted the notion, but that's not all.
"Marquardt and others maintain that physical beauty is hard-wired into our brains and is based quite readily on how closely one’s features reflect Phi proportions." (Aesthetic Blue Print)
Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva used the latest computerised mapping techniques to decipher who the most handsome people were.

"Dr De Silva explained: 'Regé won because of his classically beautiful face and gorgeous brown eyes. He had easily the highest score for his eye spacing and the positioning of his eyes also scored highly." (Daily Mail)
Up at number two was Chris Hemsworth with 93.53%, while Michael B. Jordan took third with 93.46%.
