Attention all horrible bosses: A letter that may change you!
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A lady who worked as a cleaner for HSBC for 35 years has released a letter to her boss resigning from her job...
A cleaner of 35 years wrote a letter to her boss and her son shares it on social media to praise his mum's 'amazingness'.
The letter is honest and leaves you feeling in awe of this woman, who just wanted some respect from her boss.
The boss clearly needs a lesson on how to treat people and has a serious superiority complex.
The letter was shared on Twitter by the son of the woman who wrote it and he posted it as a way of commemorating what kind of person his mum is.
The letter is what we would call enlightening and we hope that it has allowed the boss to reflect in some way on how she treats others.

One person said: "Never understood why people think what they do for a living reflects their importance. I was raised to believe that a job is a job and anyone getting up and going to work deserves the same respect, whether they pick up trash or run the company. Good for your mom! Respect! (Rhonda - @Look_its_Rhonda)."
She felt mistreated by her boss and says that her boss' behaviour is a reflection of her true self. She advises her boss, eloquently: "In a world where you can be anything, Be Kind."
Powerful and inspiring!
