WATCH: Kid's reaction to his room makeover is not what parents expected
No-one is as unpredictable and surprising as kids.
Getting a room makeover as a kid was the best feeling in the world.

Even if it just meant that your furniture was moved around a bit, you felt like you had entered a new special room.
That was not how this little boy felt after entering his brand new room.

Not only do you almost instantly see the disappointment on his face, but when he speaks, you can almost hear the poor kid is close to tears.
His father later clarified that the boy wasn't sad about the makeover, he was upset because he wasn't able to help paint.

After clarifying that his sister had no part in this, the boy was ecstatic about his beautiful room!
It is heartwarming to know that he would have wanted to contribute and luckily everything ended in smiles.
