This is how you can prevent people from stealing your lunch

Have you ever opened the fridge at work expecting to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal, only to be met with utter disappointment?
Food is incredibly important.

We need it to stay healthy and to keep our brains going.
That's why lunch breaks are so important (also: you get to chill for a while).

So what happens when you go through all the effort of preparing and making lunch, bringing it to the office, and it just vanishes?
Some people hide their food in secret spaces only they know of, while others have resorted to the most obvious method, which would be to write their name on their lunch.

But is it really such a big deal when a co-worker takes your food without asking?
Are the people writing their names just being petty?
