Would you buy expired food for 50% less on the price?

A new grocery store is selling expired food, and it's a total hit! But is that something you would be interested in?
I’m not sure about you but I am the type of food shopper that checks expiry dates on everything and if it’s in my fridge, and just a day past its date, I try find some way to get rid of it.
A new grocery store in Denmark could help me in ensuring that all that food doesn’t go to waste.
The store, called WeFood is selling expired “ugly” food at massive discounts and focuses mainly on bakery and (not so fresh) produce items.
It sources its items from many of Denmark’s top foods and they stock all old, expired or blemished food and sell it to customers for up to 50% less on the price.
The company wants to reduce food wastage in the country. According to stats, in the US, 31% of food goes uneaten.
