Adonis is a personal trainer who put on close to 35kgs to help his client lose weight.
To put on the weight Adonis ate up to 8000 calories a day, living off of burgers, donuts, and fries every single day for 3 months. His client, Alissa Kane was an overweight teacher who had been struggling with her weight for a long time.
After Adonis and Alissa met and started working out together, Adonis ate a high fat, high protein low carbohydrate diet to prepare his body to burn fat.
Adonis lost about 28kg and Alissa about 29kg.
