WATCH: Two humpback whales surprise father and daughter
You never know when nature is about to bless you with something as rare as this!
When this duo woke up and decided to go fishing at six in the morning, they never thought they would be lucky enough to witness this incredible phenomenon.

Sean Russell and his daughter, Sarah, went fishing in Conception Bay in Newfoundland when they spotted two humpback whales swimming in the water beneath them.
Having missed an opportunity to get footage of some whales the previous week, Russell decided he would not let another chance to get some beautiful videos and pictures slip by.
Little did they know that these humpbacks would be putting on a show.

Russell said that the whales had been surrounding them in the water and were feeding for about an hour when suddenly the unexpected happened.
The one whale launched itself out of the water, into the air, twirling as it went.
His daughter was shocked and thrilled, but before they could even freak out about what had just happened, the same whale did it again.

They also couldn't believe their luck when a second whale appeared and decided to breach as well!

Russell also mentioned that the whales were much closer than they appear on camera.
