Watch: Philippines residents freaked out by 'walking ghost'

A walking figure, which many are saying resembles a ghost, has freaked out residents in the Philippines, causing them to avoid the area of the incident altogether.
Residents of Pangasinan, a province in the Philippines, have been left slightly alarmed over surveillance footage which has emerged showing a 'ghost' taking a stroll through traffic.
According to UNILAD, it is reported that the incident took place back in June this year.

In the video, you can see a strange figure resembling a shadow walking along a busy road into oncoming traffic. At first, you think the cars are going to smash into the 'ghost', but instead, they drive straight through it. Freaky!
It is reported that residents feel the 'ghost' roaming the streets is one who is carrying around a grudge.
