A war veteran got to fulfil his dying wish!

A US Navy veteran has had his dying wish of going fishing fulfilled.

Suffering from cancer, the 69-year-old was taken to the lake in his bed so that he could fish one last time.

It's a beautiful story.

He died just three days after the outing.
