Vegan files complaint against friends who fed her chicken nuggets while drunk
This woman did not waste time reporting her "friends" to the police after they committed the ultimate betrayal.
Who needs enemies when you have friends who sneakily feed you chicken nuggets?
A vegan Reddit user revealed her friends betrayed her in the worst way possible when she was tricked into eating nuggets while she was drunk.
The user, who has been a vegan for 10 years, says the incident happened when she got "white girl wasted" at a party.
Her friends thought it would be funny to feed her the nuggets as a prank.
"I checked with them before chowing down 'are these vegan?' to which my friends replied 'yeah, they're sunfed' (a type of vegan chickenless chicken)," the Mirror quoted her as writing.
The 24-year-old woman said she noticed that the nuggets "tasted off" but didn't suspect anything.
She woke up the next morning to a text message from her sister.
Not only did her friends feed her chicken nuggets but they also had the audacity to share a video of the prank on Snapchat.
The woman's friends can be seen in the video with the chicken nugget packaging before carrying out their prank.
They thought it was hilarious but she did not. The Reddit user said she reported her "friends" to the police.
"I took a screen recording of the video and took it to the police on the grounds of food tampering and now 3 of my (ex) friends are facing charges," she wrote.
Yikes!
Thandolwethu, who is also a vegan, says she would ditch her friends if they did that to her.
But she would not go as far as calling the police!
