A good Samaritan from China has risked his life to save a two-year-old who got his head stuck between security bars high off the ground.

Over the years, there have been a few stories of children either falling or dangling from balconies or windows. Now it seems that a two-year-old has attempted to climb out of a window, and in the process got his head stuck in the security bars.
The New York Post has shared the terrifying footage, and it shows the toddler dangling from a window three storeys up on a building in Zhuhai, China.
