Our Minister of Transport is sure that he has spotted Cassper Nyovest's lookalike -and Twitter is divided!
Many say that we all have a lookalike out there in the world, and when you're a celebrity, your face is always being compared to those of ordinary South Africans.

Speaking of lookalikes, Minister of Transport Fikile Mbalula has taken to Twitter to claim that he has found rapper Cassper Nyovest's twin.
It is not certain who the man is, but he can be seen dressed up traditionally, posing with a woman and a few onlookers.
